Seattle United is the advanced development program club in SYSA, and organizes nearly all select and premier play (see
below for the remaining independent club teams ages U16 and older).

Club Select Girls U16, U17, and U18 Teams and Tryouts
As part of the Seattle United resolutions passed in July, 2009, SYSA permitted existing, U16 and older teams to continue outside the Seattle United program if they chose to. These
teams are affiliated with their local, neighborhood club, which provides practice fields, financial oversight, and other services. These teams are not run or overseen by SYSA or
Seattle United.
