5 Minute Rule Guidelines

The Spring Soccer Vision

Spring Soccer was started by the late SYSA President and Queen Anne Club member Neil Callahan in 2002. The idea was to give kids a chance to play some fun soccer in the off season and improve their skills by getting more touches on the ball. Spring Soccer is not about winning or losing, standings or scores. Please take Neil's vision for Spring Soccer to heart and just let the kids play and enjoy the game in a fun, safe, creative way.

THE NEIL CALLAHAN FUND

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation in honor of Neil's committment to Spring Soccer and the kids in SYSA.

Respect The 5 Minute Rule
All games MUST end 5 minutes before the hour. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please respect the teams and players with games after yours. END YOUR GAME ON TIME! Read these guidelines to help make the 5 Minute Rule work for all teams.
