How to Obtain Your Team ID Number

The team ID number is a unique 9-digit number that identifies your team and indicates the district, association, and club to which you belong. All team ID numbers in SYSA begin with 104.

For Spring Soccer 2013, SYSA has posted lists of team ID numbers on the Coaches Information page. You can also use one of these three ways to obtain this number.

  1. Take a look at your Bonzi or Korrio official game roster. The team ID Number is listed to the right of the team name on a Bonzi roster, and in the center of the page on a Korrio roster.
  2. If your team was U11 or older in the fall, go to the Seattle Soccer Referee Association web site at http://seattlerefs.org, click on SYSA standings, and look at the summary for your team's division. The team ID numbers are listed there.
  3. After trying the options above without success, contact the SYSA Registrar for your team ID number. You must include the following information or we cannot process your request:

    -- Team Name
    -- Team Gender
    -- Club Name

Email the request to pfblomso@hotmail.com. Please be patient! The Registrar will respond within 48 hours.

AGE CHART FOR SYSA PLAYERS

Washington Youth Soccer and US Youth Soccer group players by age to ensure a fair and competitive playing environment.

All players on a team need to be under (abbreviated by "U") the required age on July 31st of that year. For instance, a Boys U (under) 10 team means that all players must be born after July 31st, 2002. If they turned 10 on or before July 31st, they are too old for a U10 team, and must play on a U11 team.

Note that the age grouping does not match completely with the Seattle Public School age calendar. It occasionally happens that a child may not be able to play with the other children in their school grade. This usually happens when a child has a birthday in August or September.

The chart below shows the Under team levels. Find the month and year of your child's birth, then look at the Levels in the left column to find the appropriate age group they need to play in.
