2010 Schedules

PRACTICE FIELDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE from Seattle Parks for spring soccer teams!!

Please do not send requests to Seattle Parks for a practice field. These get routed right back to our field assigner. There are NO fields available for practices in the spring. Seattle and Shoreline Parks have been extremely accommodating in assigning us our game fields. Thank You!

 Notes on Spring 2010 Scheduling 

• 8 games for each team, March 28 - June 20.
• There are games on Mothers' Day, not on Easter or Memorial Day 
• Unlike the fall season SYSA spring soccer is not neighborhood based.  Fields are all over the city and their is no home field for each team
• U07 games are at Garfield HS
• U08 games are at Garfield HS
• U09 games are at Shoreview, Little Howe, Van Asselt School and North Beach
• U10 games are at BF Day, McGilvra Elementary, Salmon Bay, Van Asselt School
• U11 game are at Whitman Middle School, Cleveland High School
• U12 and older games are dispersed.  Older teams generally get better fields
• Scheduling preferences were given to coaches of 2 or more teams
• We tried to have all games start after noon but that was not always possible.
• We have a limited ablility to reschedule games.  Any requests to do so should come only after both teams have agreed they want to reschedule
