NOTES FROM YOUR SCHEDULING TEAM:
Field assignments are now live through Sun 10/12.
Any field assignments you see after 10/12 are not final and should not be communicated until further notice.
Every Wednesday at 5pm, the games for the upcoming weekend will be locked, and no further changes allowed. If something needs to change, the game will need to be rescheduled for a future date. Any cancellations after Thursday at 12pm will incur a late cancellation fee from the ref association.
Reschedule deadlines:
9/12 —> 9/27-28 games
9/19 —> 10/4-5 games
9/26 —> 10/11-12 games

RESchedule Process
Before submitting a field request to reschedule a game, you must have reviewed the change with your coach for approval.
Complete the form to the left for any home game requests, including as much detail as possible.
If you are proposing a new time/date, please make sure you have aligned with your coach/opponent first. Do not cc us on email conversations with the opponent.
Please submit one form per game; we cannot accept blanket requests for a specific timeframe across multiple days/weeks, or even one request for two different games.
You will receive an email confirming your submission, and an email confirmation once the request has been completed (email from Airtable Automations). If a conversation is required, we’ll email you.
If you need to cancel or postpone a game, and don’t have a new date yet, THAT’S OK! We need to know the game isn’t happening as soon as you know. We ask that you submit a new request when you have a new target date and/or time.
The referees go to the field listed on our schedule; not what you enter into the NPSL or RCL sites (via Demosphere or Affinity). Ensuring the game information you share with opponents is consistent with our schedule will get you the right referee crew on game day.
